South East Gender Initiative (SEGI)

The South East Gender Initiative (SEGI) has been working to support transgender people and promote a greater understanding of Gender Identity since 2011 continuing the work of the XESGEN project (www.xesgen.in4.org.uk) which began work in Medway to promote awareness of gender dysphoria back in 1993.

Based at MGSD Centre 331 High Street Rochester ME1 1DA SEGI provide a weekly peer support group for transgender people each Thursday from 5.30 to 9pm
